This product is made with bonito and kelp for a subtle, mellow flavor. This concentrated stock is versatile and delicious. Bonito soup is ideal for noodle soup, stewed dishes and dipping sauces such as Soba, Udon and Tempura.
Plum in Kishu into the seasoning liquid with honey. It does not impair the original flavor of plum, it is about 8% salt and finished easy to eat.
We picked carefully selected Kishu Minami Takashi in a high quality Hokkaido Hidaka Kombu extract and finished it with a mellow rich taste. Once you eat it, it is like pickled plum which you want to eat again.
