Ingredients (serves 2)
Approx. 200g boned salmon fillet or steaks (with skin)
1/4 teaspoon salt
100g mushrooms
2 green bell peppers
Marinade
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon YAMASA soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
2 tablespoons sake (or white wine)
Directions
1. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Cut mushrooms and bell peppers into small pieces.
3. Combine the marinade ingredients.
4. Gently wipe the salmon using a dry cloth. Place on a wire rack and grill the salmon on both sides and the vegetables. Place the salmon and vegetables in the marinade for 10 minutes, then serve.
