This octopus ball is already cooked to eat, so just warm up in microwave or deep fly it. It has more octopus than normal takoyaki.
Edamame is the Japanese name for immature soybeans in the pod. The word Edamame means “Beans on Branches”, and funnily enough, they grow in clusters on bushy branches. mama san Edamame are Parboiled and quick-frozen to lock in freshness and natural flavor.
Sushi is not completed without Wasabi. Use it sparingly though – wasabi has a bit of a kick! Unlike the heat of Chilies, you’ll feel the heat of Wasabi in your nostrils. Wasabi also makes a great addition to homemade vinaigrettes and marinades. Just a small amount will give your culinary creations a bit of extra zing.
Mozuku with vinegar. Mozuku is a kind of edible seaweed like nori which (has highly ramified filaments, and) looks like a lot of brown slimy threads, and tastes quite nice and slick.
It is a delicatessen sweet and sour sauce added with sliced squids, vegetables and ginger. The flavor of sesame oil and the texture of the plants became accent and finished in dish appetizing.
