Japanese Bread Crumbs!! (Panko)
We have two different brand, mamasan 200g and Nissin 300g
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat with a fork.
- Dip a piece of chicken in the flour, covering both sides.
- Then lay it in the bread crumbs.
- put in the chicken and cook for about 7 minutes on each side, or until the crumbs are nicely browned.
That’s it!! Simple and Easy!!
Try some for your lunch or dinner.
Prepare and cooking time is ONLY 10 min.

Serve with Bull-Dog Tonkatsu Sauce.
You don’t need add salt or pepper but it’s very delicious!
Don’t forget Japanese Mayo, too!
